Not a lot of diversity in Locals. Should do a lot more cultural events. Collaborative events with the likes of the Maori Centre - Phil
We can’t reach everyone, we should think about activities that promote Locals HQ and the services on offer
Event Suggestions and Discussion

Run events weekly for the first six weeks, then fortnightly until end of semester - Nathan
Low effort nights with a high engagement - Nathan

Sports days on the union lawn. Everything that was listed is based on our demographic - we will need to match the new demographic. - Alfie Re: Sports Day: Don’t recruit people for events - this will put a lot of people off. Maegan
Re: Sports Day: If that was a thing to happen then we could do it as an outreach program. Invite year 13 students - Morgan

Confirm dates for events for the next four weeks Complete before Friday
Regarding Meditation, possibly check with Sian at Unicrew for recommendations for instructors
See if there are systems we can put in place about targeted marketing to people outside of uni.
Look into getting speakers before lectures during the first week. This would be more personal and compelling than having lecturers talk.
Research costs and arrangements for using the OUSA Kitchen
Look into how van bookings for events around Dunedin would work
