  • Cook off
    • Leaders were split into two groups
    • Given a budget of $40 for both dinner and dessert
    • Rated on Creativity, Taste, Appearance, and Teamwork
    • Really, really good for team bonding
  • Personal Values Game
  • 9 Dimensions of Wellness / Values
    • Placed stickers to indicate where we each are on the 9 dimensions of wellness
    • Talked about 1 sticker of each colour, per person

What went well

  • People learned a lot about the other leaders
  • Cooking was an excellent way to interact with other people and learn how they act and their leadership style
    • This lead to Alfie and Kiran improvising speeches and doing interpretive dance
  • Games were fun
  • Stargazing lead by James was excellent

What didn’t go well

  • Arguments broke out, to be expected with such close quarters
  • Failures from the previous year were brought up, and taken to heart
  • Negotiating game did not serve it’s purpose

What could have gone better

  • The negotiating game could have been replaced with game that illustrated both win-win and win-lose. The Two Dollar Game
