- Cooking was an excellent way to interact with other people and learn how they act and their leadership style
- This lead to Alfie and Kiran improvising speeches and doing interpretive dance
- Games were fun
- Stargazing lead by James was excellent
What didn’t go well
- Arguments broke out, to be expected with such close quarters
- Failures from the previous year were brought up, and taken to heart
- Negotiating game did not serve it’s purpose
What could have gone better
- The negotiating game could have been replaced with game that illustrated both win-win and win-lose. The Two Dollar Game
